Charges will be based on whichever is the highest between call out and arrival.
e.g. if you place a call to us at 4.55pm on a Monday and we arrive at 5.20pm you will be charged the 5pm-11pm rate. If you call us out on a Tuesday at 7.30am and we arrive at 8.05am you will be charged the 11pm-8am rate.

All materials are charged for seperately.
